Buffer overflow in ajaxsoundstudio.com Pyo before 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to cause denial of service via an overlong audio filename. Server_debug formats externally supplied filename data with unbounded vsprintf into a 256-byte stack buffer, allowing the input to overwrite memory when debug logging is enabled. The attack requires network reachability to a code path that passes a controllable filename and results in service interruption; confidentiality and integrity impacts are not reported.
