Authenticated PHP execution via permalink cache injection

Code injection in flatCore-CMS 2.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code through a crafted page permalink. The administrative page editor writes the unsanitized Permalink value into active_urls.php and cache_lastedit.php, which PHP evaluates when the homepage loads. Administration-backend access and permission to create a page are required; successful exploitation runs supplied PHP with the web server's privileges.
