Service crash via connection-flood heap overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Live555 1.08 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the service via a burst of socket connections. The connection error-handling path writes beyond a heap buffer when many incoming sockets arrive within a short interval. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published impact is limited to interruption of the affected network service.
