Unauthenticated database probing via connection-string injection

Connection-string injection in Teleport before 6.2.12 and 7.x before 7.1.1 allows remote attackers to redirect PostgreSQL connections. The Database Access path incorporates crafted database names or usernames into the resulting connection string without preventing parameter injection. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to probe reachable database servers, disable TLS, or select password-authenticated targets.
