Remote command execution via unsafe openExternal IPC

Command injection in Boost Note 0.22.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands through a crafted IPC message. static/main-preload.js exposes an ipcRenderer handler that passes attacker-controlled URLs to Electron's openExternal API without an allowlist. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the desktop application's privileges.
