Path traversal in Payara Micro Community 5.2021.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to read packaged application resources. StandardContextValve fails to collapse /./ segments before restricted-directory checks, so a /.// request bypasses WEB-INF and META-INF protections. The application must be deployed at the root context; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of files inside its WAR archive.
