Broken access control in Atlassian Jira Server and Data Center allows remote authenticated users to alter File Replication settings. The ReplicationSettings!default.jspa endpoint accepts settings changes from authenticated non-administrators without enforcing administrator authorization. Remote authenticated users without administrator privileges can modify replication configuration, affecting configuration integrity without reported data disclosure or service interruption.
