Private project metadata disclosure via gadget IDOR

IDOR in Atlassian Jira Server and Data Center before 8.13.12 or from 8.14.0 before 8.20.0 allows remote attackers to read private names. The Workload Pie Chart Gadget resolves attacker-supplied object references and returns private project and filter names without enforcing their viewing restrictions. No authentication is required; the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of those names, not their contents or configuration changes.
