Asset-request manipulation via CSRF-prone GET route

CSRF in Snipe-IT before 5.3.6 allows remote attackers to submit or cancel asset requests through an authenticated user's browser. The account/request-asset/{assetId} route accepted state-changing GET requests without a CSRF token for the controller action. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to follow an attacker-controlled request and is limited to changing that user's asset-request state.
