Unauthenticated file deletion via unfiltered filename parameter

Path traversal in ECOA BAS controllers allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files through an unauthenticated management request. The management deletion function fails to filter special characters from a filename GET parameter, allowing traversal outside the intended directory. No login or user interaction is required, and deletion of system files can crash the affected controller and interrupt building-automation service.
