Heap-data disclosure via unchecked QuantizeV2 axis

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow 2.6.0 allows local users to disclose heap data or crash a process through a crafted QuantizeV2 axis. QuantizeV2Shape in tensorflow/core/framework/common_shape_fns.cc accepts axis values below -1 and passes the invalid index into c->Dim, which reads before the input tensor's dimension buffer. Exploitation requires the ability to execute or submit a TensorFlow graph containing the crafted operation, and consequences are limited to process-memory disclosure or interruption.
