Out-of-bounds read in TensorFlow before 2.4.4, 2.5.0 through 2.5.1, and 2.6.0 allows local users to read heap memory via malformed indices. SparseCountSparseOutputShapeFn reads dimension 1 from its indices input without first requiring that input to have rank 2. Reachability requires execution of a graph containing the operation with rank-one indices; the resulting read can also terminate the TensorFlow process.
