Process crashes and heap access via unchecked shapes

Improper tensor-shape validation in Google TensorFlow before 2.4.4, 2.5.0 through 2.5.1, and 2.6.0 allows local users to crash processes. GPU TridiagonalMatMul and several CPU kernels accept incompatible ranks, dimensions, or batch shapes and then index or allocate tensors under invalid assumptions. Local access to invoke affected operations with crafted tensor shapes is required, and outcomes range from CHECK failures and segmentation faults to heap reads and writes.
