Uninitialized access via unset ellipsis flags

Uninitialized memory access in Google TensorFlow before 2.4.4, 2.5.0 through 2.5.1, and 2.6.0 allows local users to cause unspecified impact. EinsumHelper::ParseEquation() sets input and output ellipsis flags only when an ellipsis is present, leaving false cases uninitialized. A caller must execute an einsum equation without an ellipsis and then rely on those flags; the vendor does not identify a specific resulting consequence.
