Account takeover via shared default signing secret

Insecure default initialization in Redash 10.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to forge sessions with a shared signing secret. redash/settings/init.py falls back to one static SECRET_KEY, which Flask and URLSafeTimedSerializer use to sign sessions and password-reset tokens. Exposure requires an installation without explicit REDASH_COOKIE_SECRET or REDASH_SECRET_KEY values; the known secret enables administrator password reset and access to connected data.
