SQL injection in the Tracker API in affected DHIS2 Core 2.32 through 2.36 releases allows remote authenticated users to alter data. The Tracker endpoints pass attacker-controlled request data into SQL without adequate neutralization; the advisory does not disclose the parameter or code locus. Any logged-in DHIS2 user can reach the affected endpoints and read, edit, or delete instance data.
