Arbitrary file disclosure via unchecked attachment paths

Path traversal in Kizniche Mycodo before 8.12.7 allows remote authenticated users to read files outside the note-attachment directory. The send_note_attachment route passes a path formed by joining its filename parameter to PATH_NOTE_ATTACHMENTS directly to Flask's send_file without confirming that the resolved path remains inside that directory. A Mycodo account or enabled guest access must reach the endpoint; successful traversal discloses any file readable by the web service.
