Script execution via unescaped Datepicker text options

Cross-site scripting in the jQuery UI Datepicker before 1.13.0 allows remote attackers to execute script through untrusted *Text options. The _attachments and _generateHTML methods interpolate those option values into HTML strings instead of inserting them as text. Exploitation requires a consuming application to accept attacker-controlled option values and a user to render the affected Datepicker, enabling script execution in that application's origin.
