Authentication bypass in Nextcloud Server before 20.0.13, 21.0.5, and 22.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to access private chats. The two-factor middleware exempts controllers marked PublicPage, so it accepts a valid session that has not completed the second-factor flow. An attacker needs valid first-factor credentials and a pending session; the bypass exposes private Talk channels without granting reported write access.
