Product data corruption via negative weight values
Published Dec 15, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Improper input validation in YetiForce CRM 6.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to save negative product weights. The Products module defines its weight field with only a numeric type and maximum, so submitted negative values pass validation and persist in product records. Low-privileged access to edit products is required; exploitation corrupts product weight data without reported confidentiality or availability impact.
