Server code execution via unchecked media path deletion

Path traversal in OpenMage LTS before 19.4.22 or 20.0.0 through 20.0.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute server code. Mage_Cms_Model_Wysiwyg_Images_Storage::deleteDirectory accepts NUL bytes and parent-directory segments in a customer-media path and passes it to directory deletion. A Magento administrator with customer-media access can delete files outside the media directory, enabling server-side code execution.
