At-rest data exposure via silent key-generation failure

Improper encryption handling in Wire iOS 3.68 through 3.69 allows local users to expose message data by disabling the device passcode. During launch, Secure Enclave key generation fails when no device passcode exists, but the client silently continues without indicating that encryption at rest is inactive. The condition requires control of the device passcode setting, and stored Wire data consequently lacks the mandatory at-rest protection against later physical access.
