Credential disclosure via missing helper address

Credential disclosure in Docker CLI before 20.10.9 allows attackers to redirect private-registry credentials to Docker Hub during login. GetDefaultAuthConfig returned no authentication object when a configured credential helper failed, so runLogin created an empty object without the requested server address and used the default registry endpoint. The condition requires a user to run docker login for a private registry while credsStore or credHelpers names an unavailable executable; the bounded consequence is disclosure to registry-1.docker.io.
