Improper privilege management in Fortinet FortiSIEM Windows Agent 4.1.4 and earlier allows local users to execute privileged code. Fortinet identifies PowerShell script execution as the escalation path but has not disclosed the vulnerable service, script handler, or missing privilege check. A low-privileged authenticated Windows account is required, and successful exploitation grants code or command execution with the agent's elevated privileges.
