Unauthenticated script execution via SAML login reflection

Reflected XSS in Fortinet FortiWeb 6.4.0 through 6.4.1 allows remote attackers to execute script via crafted SAML login requests. The SAML login handler places attacker-controlled HTTP GET input into its generated page without properly neutralizing it. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a user to load the crafted response, allowing script execution in that user's browser context.
