OS command execution via forged file upload

Cross-site request forgery in TinyFileManager 2.4.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute OS commands via a malicious URL. The upload workflow processes a state-changing request from an attacker-controlled page under the administrator's authenticated browser session without verifying its provenance. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to browse the supplied URL, after which an uploaded executable runs with the web server process's privileges.
