Arbitrary code execution via controllable BAT parameters

Command injection in PublicCMS 4.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying crafted parameters to a Windows BAT task. The scheduled-task interface passes controllable parameters into a default BAT script, where the command processor interprets embedded commands. Exploitation requires access to the administrative scheduled-task workflow and a deployment that invokes the Windows BAT path.
