CVE-2021-4088Network attack vector

Remote code execution via blind SQL injection

Published Jan 24, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

SQL injection in McAfee DLP ePO Extension allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the ePO server through database queries. The extension sends unfiltered attacker-controlled SQL into the DLP portion of the ePO database; the precise request handler is undisclosed. An authenticated ePO session is required, and successful injection can escalate privileges and execute code on the server.
