Use after free in screen capture in Google Chrome on ChromeOS before 96.0.4664.93 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory. The screen-capture component accesses an object after it has been freed while processing attacker-controlled page content; Google has not disclosed the affected object or code path. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page on ChromeOS; public sources do not identify whether the corruption leads to a crash or code execution.
