SQL injection via unsanitized username parameter

SQL injection in ForgotPassUserName.php in openSIS Community Edition 8.0 allows attackers to alter database queries via a crafted username. The endpoint assigns the GET u parameter directly to $username and concatenates it into three SELECT statements without sanitization. The upstream issue shows a direct request, but the later proof of concept requires an administrator session; neither artifact demonstrates database reads or writes.
