Arbitrary server requests via dynamic class-name generation

SSRF in Invision Community IPS Community Suite before 4.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to make arbitrary server-side requests. Dynamic class-name generation accepts attacker-controlled URLs, including phar-scheme references that can invoke PHP deserialization. Authentication is normally required, although the published record says some paths are reachable without it; successful requests can reach resources accessible to the server or trigger object deserialization.
