Application crash via uninitialized item-location pointers

Double free in GPAC MP4Box through 1.0.1 allows local users to crash the application by opening a crafted MP4 file. The iloc_box_read parser allocates item-location and extent entries without zero-initializing them, so iloc_entry_del can free indeterminate pointers during cleanup. A user must cause MP4Box to process the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and process crash.
