Denial of service via exhausted Telnet response buffer

Denial of service in Contiki 3.0 Telnet option negotiation allows remote attackers to leave clients waiting indefinitely. The Telnet server appends negotiation replies to a fixed-length response buffer without checking whether each append succeeds, so a full buffer silently drops required WILL, WONT, DO, or DONT replies. An unauthenticated network peer can trigger the affected negotiation path, causing protocol violations and clients to wait indefinitely rather than completing the session.
