Unauthenticated SQL injection via pollingObject parameter
Published Oct 13, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in Zoho ManageEngine OpManager 125140 through 125436 allows remote attackers to manipulate its database via a crafted API request. The support diagnostics module passes the pollingObject parameter from the getDataCollectionFailureReason API into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. Unauthenticated network access to the API is sufficient, and successful injection permits reading, changing, or deleting database data and can interrupt service.
