Memory corruption via unchecked PICT raster size

Out-of-bounds write in Accusoft ImageGear 19.10 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory by supplying a malformed PICT file. parse_raster_data derives a raster copy size from the file-controlled rowbytes field and copies data without checking the destination buffer. Triggering requires a host application to process the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is an access violation, while arbitrary code execution was not established.
