Credential disclosure and data modification via cleartext HTTP
Published Nov 9, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cleartext transport in Siemens Climatix POL909 AWM before 11.34 and AWB before 11.42 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read or alter data. The device web server sends sessions without TLS, exposing administrator credentials and permitting in-transit modification. An attacker must occupy a network path and a user must interact with the web server; confidentiality and integrity are affected.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
