Authenticated message disclosure via unchecked note identifier

Authorization bypass in OpenEMR 6.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' messages through pnotes_print.php. The print-message endpoint accepts a user-controlled noteid value and returns the referenced message without verifying that it belongs to the requester. Physician-level access is required, and changing the numeric identifier exposes messages belonging to other users, including administrators.
