Credential disclosure via default DES encryption key

Hard-coded credentials in affected Hitachi Energy FOXMAN-UN and UNEM releases allow local users to disclose managed network credentials. The DES implementation encrypts stored database credentials with a shared default key, making ciphertext recoverable by anyone who obtains the database. Exploitation requires local access to the encrypted credential data and exposes credentials that grant access to managed network elements.
