Unauthenticated settings modification via unchecked XML-RPC token

Incorrect authorization in Cobbler before 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to modify server settings through the XML-RPC API. The modify_setting method accepted a setting name, value, and nominal token but changed the settings object without first verifying that the token authorized the operation. The XML-RPC service must be network-accessible; no valid session token is required, and successful requests alter configuration without directly reading data or interrupting service.
