Application crash via missing TIFF StripOffsets

NULL pointer dereference in FreeImage before 1.18.0 allows attackers to crash an application by opening a crafted TIFF image. FreeImage_CloneTag passes a null StripOffsets tag value to memcpy when an untiled, single-strip OJPEG TIFF omits that field. Exploitation requires an application to process the crafted image and interrupts only that process, with no reported data exposure or modification.
