Stored XSS via unvalidated LOGO_PATH setting
Published Aug 29, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Stored XSS in Zoho ManageEngine Log360 before build 5224 allows remote attackers to run script in users’ browsers via LOGO_PATH. The logon-settings handler stores an inadequately validated LOGO_PATH value that is interpreted as active content when the affected interface renders it. No authentication is required to supply the value, but a user must load the affected page; script then runs in that user’s browser context.
