Proxy settings modification via forged browser request
Published Aug 29, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in Zoho ManageEngine Cloud Security Plus before build 4117 allows remote attackers to change server proxy settings. The server proxy settings update accepts a browser request without verifying that the authenticated user intentionally submitted it. A user authorized to update those settings must interact with attacker-controlled content, and the documented consequence is limited to proxy configuration changes.
