File disclosure via unrestricted syslog source selection

Improper access control in Cisco CSPC before 2.9.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read non-log files through the web application. The syslog configuration accepts an arbitrary non-log file as a reporting source instead of restricting source selection to log files. Administrative web access is required, and successful exploitation discloses files without modifying them or interrupting service.
