Secret disclosure via active imported pipeline schedules

Configuration flaw in GitLab 8.0 through 14.1.6, 14.2.0 through 14.2.4, and 14.3.0 allows attackers to disclose group CI/CD variables. The project importer accepts the active flag from pipeline_schedules.ndjson, so an imported schedule runs attacker-supplied .gitlab-ci.yml with the importer's access. Exploitation requires a group Owner or Maintainer to import an untrusted project and leave its schedule enabled long enough to run; exposed secrets can include group CI/CD variables.
