Authenticated SSRF via DNS rebinding in FogBugz importer

Server-side request forgery in affected GitLab releases from 8.0 through 14.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal resources. The FogBugz importer used an HTTP adapter that did not revalidate the destination before each request, allowing attacker-controlled DNS answers to rebind the connection. Access to the project-import workflow is required; exploitation makes the GitLab server issue requests that can read or modify reachable internal services.
