Invitation email disclosure via missing API authorization

Improper authorization in affected GitLab releases allows remote attackers to read pending invitations through API requests. The group and project invitation endpoints return pending-member records, including invite email addresses, without applying the authorization enforced by the corresponding interface. The target must be a public group or project with a pending invitation; the documented consequence is disclosure of invitation data, not modification or service interruption.
