Tapjacking in Android 12 allows local users to install credential certificates without approval through a malicious app overlay. RequestManageCredentials.onCreate fails to hide non-system overlay windows, letting an app obscure the credential-management approval screen and redirect a tap. Exploitation requires a locally installed third-party app and user interaction; successful abuse installs attacker-chosen certificates under the user's authority.
