Local information disclosure via heap buffer over-read

Heap buffer overflow in the Camera component of Google Pixel Android kernel devices allows local users to disclose memory contents. HandleTransactionIoEvent in actuator_driver.cc reads beyond a heap buffer while handling a transaction I/O event. A locally installed application can trigger the read without additional execution privileges or user interaction, exposing only memory data available through the over-read.
