Out-of-bounds read in Android 12 Media Framework allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through crafted RTP video data. AAVCAssembler::checkSpsUpdated reads data[0] from a zero-length ABuffer because it derives the AVC NAL type before validating the buffer length. Exploitation requires user interaction but no privileges, and the documented consequence is limited to information disclosure.
