Local privilege escalation via inotify bounds check

Out-of-bounds write in Android 11 and 12 Framework allows local users to gain additional privileges without user interaction. The minui inotify_cb function in bootable/recovery/minui/events.cpp applies an incorrect bounds check and can write past an inotify event structure. A low-privileged local application can corrupt memory in the recovery input-event path and elevate privileges without user interaction.
